The posting

Asesorar a clientes de forma personalizada en tienda, generando una experiencia cercana, cálida y eficiente, logrando cierres de venta que superen sus expectativas.

Funciones:

  • Atender clientes de forma presencial y brindar asesoría en productos.
  • Acompañar al cliente en el proceso de selección, mostrando empatía y profesionalismo.
  • Cumplir con metas de ventas, orden visual y estándares de la tienda. Asesora Sombra: Cuando sea necesario, debe acompañar a sus compañeras con clientes con el fin de brindar un mejor servicio al cliente, ayudar a cerrar ventas, atender al cliente y resguardar las piezas que se les está ofreciendo y nunca dejar al cliente solo.
  • Limpieza: Debe encargarse de sus diferentes áreas asignadas por la Gerente de Tienda, donde debe ordenar y limpiar siempre que sea necesario.
  • Apertura y Cierre: En los días asignados es la responsable de apertura y cierre de tienda, desactivar y activar alarma de seguridad.
  • Seguimiento con Clientes: Se deben hacer approaches con clientes actuales o potenciales con el fin de brindar un servicio al cliente premium y personalizado para generar ventas o post-ventas. Invitación a Eventos: Invitar a clientes selectos a los diferentes eventos que Ara ofrece a sus clientes VIP.

Requisitos:

  • .Experiencia en ventas o servicio al cliente (preferible).
  • Si no tiene experiencia, debe tener muy buena actitud, facilidad de palabra, energía y proactividad.
  • Presentación personal impecable, aspecto físico agradable y bonita, con trato cercano y profesional.
  • Nivel diversificado completo (graduado de nivel medio).
  • Estudiantes universitarios activos de carreras como Mercadeo, Administración, Comunicación o áreas afines (ideal pero no obligatorio).

Ofrecemos:

  • Salario Base de 5,000 + Comisiones
  • Prestaciones de Ley
  • Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m., sábados intercalados de 8:30 a.m. a 1:00 p.m.
  • Flexibilidad para estudiar: se pueden coordinar horarios de medio tiempo y recuperación de horas.
  • Comisiones por ventas (promedio igual a el salario base).
  • Bonos de productividad por metas.
