Respecto al trabajo de campo: Un 10% depende de los tipos de clientes en su mayoría Quetzaltenango, Retalhuleu.

Jornada y horarios de trabajo: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00 horas y sábados de 8 a 12:00 eventualmente.

Rango salarial: Q, 5,000.00 de Q6,500.00

Se cubre el 50% del parqueo. 100% de parqueos por visitas a clientes. Reembolso de 100% de combustible por viajes al exterior

Habilidades técnicas · Dominio de contabilidad y auditoría: comprensión sólida de principios contables, normas internacionales (NIIF) y procedimientos de auditoría. · Manejo de herramientas informáticas: Excel avanzado, software contable y sistemas ERP. · Capacidad analítica: interpretar estados financieros, identificar inconsistencias y evaluar riesgos. · Conocimiento normativo: familiaridad con legislación fiscal, laboral y regulaciones aplicables. Competencias · Atención al detalle: precisión en la revisión de documentos y registros. · Organización y planificación: capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y cumplir plazos. · Comunicación efectiva: redactar informes claros y transmitir hallazgos de manera comprensible. · Trabajo en equipo: colaborar con auditores senior y otras áreas de la empresa. · Pensamiento crítico: cuestionar procesos y proponer mejoras.

· Preparar papeles de trabajo y documentación de auditoría. · Realizar pruebas de control y análisis de cuentas. · Apoyar en la elaboración de informes de hallazgos. · Colaborar en investigaciones y consultas sobre normativas aplicables. · Mantener comunicación constante con el equipo de auditoría y las áreas revisadas. Disponibilidad para salir: Se coordinan viajar en vehículo del supervisor o Gerente a cargo.
