Brindar un servicio de valet parking seguro, ágil y confiable para los visitantes de Oakland Place y Las Margaritas, asegurando una experiencia de bienvenida positiva mediante la correcta recepción, resguardo y entrega de vehículos, cumpliendo con los protocolos de seguridad y servicio del centro comercial.

  • Servicio al cliente Recibe a los visitantes de forma amable y profesional al ingresar al área de valet parking.
  • Abre puertas y brinda asistencia para facilitar la llegada o salida de los invitados.
  • Genera confianza en el servicio mediante una atención respetuosa y eficiente.
  • Entrega el vehículo al cliente de forma rápida y ordenada al finalizar su visita.
  • Gestión de vehículos Recibe los vehículos y realiza una inspección visual de su estado general al momento de la entrega.
  • Registra los vehículos y administra los tickets correspondientes.
  • Resguarda adecuadamente las llaves de los vehículos bajo su custodia. Maneja distintos tipos de vehículos (automáticos y estándar) con responsabilidad y precaución.
  • Seguridad y operación Estaciona los vehículos en las áreas designadas de manera segura y organizada.
  • Cumple con los protocolos de seguridad establecidos para el manejo de vehículos.
  • Optimiza el uso del espacio disponible en el área de parqueo. Reporta cualquier incidente, daño o irregularidad detectada durante el servicio.

Requerimos:

Nivel Diversificado

Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en valet parking o manejo de vehículos. Deseable Experiencia en centros comerciales, hoteles o restaurantes Preferiblemente con más de 5 años de emisión de licencia
