Ми — рекрутингова агенція talentC з екосистеми Genesis. Наша команда вже понад 11 років допомагає масштабувати провідні бізнеси України та світу, знаходячи та наймаючи спеціалістів від Trainee до C-level.

Наразі шукаємо юриста для нашого партнера. Посада передбачає розробку та супроводження проектів нормативно-правових актів, здійснення правової експертизи актів, забезпечення здійснення регуляторних заходів, комунікацію з центральними органами виконавчої влади та виконання інших організаційно-правових завдань.

Обов’язки такого юриста включають (але не обмежуються):

  • Забезпечення юридичної підтримки та супроводу діяльності структурного підрозділу державного органу;
  • Підтримку підготовки та розробки нормативно-правових і законодавчих документів;
  • Проведення правового аналізу законодавства України, проектів законів чи проектів підзаконних нормативно-правових актів;
  • Аналіз окремих іноземних правових рамок і кращих практик щодо підтримки функціонування та розвитку визначених сфер державних політик;
  • Забезпечення реалізації заходів регуляторної політики щодо нормативно-правових актів, розроблених за участі структурного підрозділу;
  • Участь у координації юридичних процесів та взаємодії із зацікавленими сторонами;
  • Підтримка моніторингу процесів погодження та ухвалення відповідних нормативно-правових і законодавчих актів.

Професійний досвід

  • Досвід професійної юридичної практики, та досвід у розробці проектів законів чи підзаконних нормативно-правових актів;
  • Досвід роботи з податковим, цивільним, адміністративним законодавством України;
  • Досвід роботи у проєктах, пов’язаних з розробкою політик, взаємодії з центральними органами виконавчої влади буде перевагою;
  • Навички аналізу зарубіжного законодавства для напрацювання пропозицій щодо імплементації кращих міжнародних практик.

Очікувані результати

  • Розроблені проєкти нормативно-правових актів для впровадження правових інструментів;
  • Підготовлені правові аналітичні матеріали та експертні висновки для підтримки прийняття рішень;
  • Забезпечено здійснення регуляторних заходів щодо відповідних нормативно-правових актів;
  • Налагоджена ефективна комунікація з центральними органами виконавчої влади щодо проєктів структурного підрозділу;
  • Надано своєчасну правову підтримку зацікавленим сторонам та проєктним командам.
