Зараз ми шукаємо Product Marketing Manager.

На цій позиції ти відповідатимеш за побудову та розвиток маркетингових воронок, аналіз їхньої ефективності та постійне тестування нових підходів для покращення конверсії.

Що потрібно буде робити:

  • Створювати маркетингові воронки (посадкові сторінки та квізи) з нуля для різних каналів залучення.
  • Аналізувати перформанс воронок та знаходити точки для оптимізації.
  • Формувати гіпотези та A/B-тести для їх перевірки.
  • Аналізувати ключові метрики поведінки користувачів на воронках.
  • Використовувати AI-інструменти для дослідження, створення контенту, аналізу та тестування маркетингових гіпотез.

Що важливо:

  • 3+ роки досвіду в Marketing (Creative, User Aquisition, Product), Product Management або суміжних напрямках.
  • Практичний досвід із створення та оптимізації матеріалів для залучення користувачів (воронки, креативи, маркетингові квізи або посадкові сторінки).
  • Розуміння ключових маркетингових та продуктових метрик: CAC, LTV, CPA, conversion rate та інших.
  • Досвід роботи з аналітичними системами: Amplitude, GA, PostHog або аналогами.
  • Вміння працювати з даними та приймати рішення на їх основі.
  • Впевнене використання AI-інструментів у щоденній роботі.
