Buscamos un líder integral, analítico y estratégico, con capacidad para fusionar la visión tecnológica con los objetivos de negocio, usando datos, IA y herramientas digitales para impulsar la innovación, optimizar operaciones y generar crecimiento, liderando equipos hacia una cultura data-driven para tomar decisiones informadas y transformar el mercado.

Este rol requiere habilidades gerenciales, conocimiento de tecnologías emergentes (Big Data, IA) y la capacidad de traducir datos complejos en estrategias empresariales concretas.

Requerimientos clave:

  • Experiencia 3–7 años en salud privada o seguros.
  • Manejo previo de pequeños / medianos equipos.
  • Capacidad analítica, plasticidad y velocidad de aprendizaje.
  • Perfil moldeable, ambicioso y con mentalidad de dueño.
  • Experiencia en el desarrollo y la consolidación de áreas de Business Analytics.
  • Mezcla comercial + operaciones + entendimiento de prestadores.
  • Experiencia en proyectos transversales.
  • Es importante que haya trabajado con indicadores reales (costos, ventas, operaciones).
  • Experiencia en pricing, modelos predictivos y negocios regulados

Objetivos del Puesto:

  • Performar para lidera la estrategia y operaciones de una empresa en el entorno online, usando tecnología para mejorar la eficiencia, generar ingresos, y crear experiencias de cliente valiosas, fusionando conocimientos de gestión, marketing y tecnología para impulsar la transformación digital y el crecimiento en la nueva economía digital.
  • Liderar el desarrollo y la consolidación del área de Business Analytics de la U.N Prepagos, generando información analítica y estratégica que impacte directamente en Growth, Rentabilidad, Control de costos médicos, Retención de afiliados y Eficiencia operativa,

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Estrategia Digital: Diseñar e implementar estrategias para evolucionar el negocio hacia un entorno más digital.
  • Toma de Decisiones Basada en Datos: Convertir datos en insights accionables para guiar la estrategia de la U.N.
  • Liderazgo de Equipos: Gestionar equipos multidisciplinarios y fomentar una cultura de innovación y colaboración.
  • Gestión Tecnológica: Mejorar los procesos y resultados aplicando nuevas maneras de hacer las cosas de la mano de la innovación tecnológica.
