Buscamos uma pessoa desenvolvedora fullstack de nível pleno, com foco em backend, para construir e evoluir APIs e serviços que sustentam nossos produtos web. A pessoa vai trabalhar em um time que pratica Extreme Programming (XP): TDD, revisão de código, integração contínua e refactoring constante.

Valorizamos profissionais que participam das discussões de design antes de codar, compreendem o problema de negócio por trás de cada entrega e contribuem para a evolução contínua da base de código.

Responsabilidades Projetar, implementar e manter APIs REST e serviços backend, com atenção a contrato, versionamento e retrocompatibilidade Escrever testes automatizados (unitários e de integração) como parte do fluxo de desenvolvimento — não como etapa posterior Modelar dados e escrever consultas eficientes em bancos relacionais Participar ativamente de code review, dando e recebendo feedback técnico construtivo Contribuir em discussões de arquitetura: separação de camadas, limites de módulo, isolamento de dependências externas Instrumentar o que constrói: logs estruturados, métricas e tratamento de erro que permitam diagnosticar problemas em produção Atuar no frontend (Vue.js ou React/Next.js) quando a entrega ponta a ponta exigir Investigar e corrigir incidentes de produção, propondo correções de causa raiz

Experiência com desenvolvimento backend em ambiente profissional Domínio de TypeScript/Node.js com profundidade real Fluência com agentes de código (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot ou similares) aplicada à entrega de produto — conduz o agente com contexto e critério, revisa criticamente o resultado e responde pelo código que entrega Experiência com frameworks backend estruturados (NestJS ou equivalente): injeção de dependência, middlewares, pipelines de validação Sólido conhecimento de SQL e modelagem relacional (índices, joins, normalização, entendimento de plano de execução) Prática consistente de testes automatizados — sabe escrever teste que documenta comportamento, não teste que persegue cobertura Git em fluxo colaborativo: branches, PRs, resolução de conflito, commits coesos Familiaridade com pelo menos um framework frontend moderno (Vue.js ou React/Next.js) — o suficiente para entregar uma feature de ponta a ponta Conhecimento aplicado de princípios de design: SOLID, DRY, YAGNI, separação de responsabilidades

Requisitos desejáveis:

AWS — experiência com serviços como EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS/SNS, CloudWatch, ECS/Fargate. Não exigimos certificação; exigimos que a pessoa saiba o que está usando e por quê Docker e noções de pipeline CI/CD Mensageria / processamento assíncrono (SQS, RabbitMQ, Kafka) Observabilidade: Datadog, OpenTelemetry ou similar — logs, traces, alertas Cache (Redis) e estratégias de invalidação Experiência com Clean Architecture / Hexagonal (Ports & Adapters) ou DDD Vivência com práticas ágeis: XP, Scrum, Kanban

Diferenciais:

Experiência em monólito modular e/ou decomposição gradual de sistemas legados Conhecimento de segurança de aplicação (OWASP Top 10, autenticação/autorização, LGPD) Experiência com web components e arquitetura de frontend distribuído
