Job Description

Ejecutar labores operativas y rutinarias relacionadas con la carga y descarga de productos de los camiones en los puntos de venta.

1. Cargar, descargar y acomodar los productos en los camiones, de forma manual, para hacer llegar en un tiempo satisfactorio los pedidos a los clientes. 2. Realizar la recolección de devoluciones de productos en mal o buen estado por parte del cliente, para el proceso de entrega en la Cooperativa al término de la ruta diaria y liquidación. 3. Bajar del camión y proporcionar ayuda asistencial, de forma visual al chofer, cuando éste se dirija marcha atrás, para evitar accidentes. 4. Asistir a sus compañeros de trabajo facilitando el proceso de carga y descarga que se lleva a cabo en cada punto de venta, para mejorar el servicio al cliente. 5. Realizar la gestión de ejecución de producto en el punto de venta según día de atención del cliente, acomodando, rotando o limpiando el producto, lo cual será evaluado por medio de muestra de mercado de un estudio de ejecución mensual a fin de mantener la presencia apropiada del producto. 6. Atender las disposiciones de las Normas de Inocuidad y del Sistema de Sostenibilidad Empresarial (Calidad, Ambiente, C-Neutro, Salud y Seguridad Ocupacional); por medio del conocimiento de sus políticas, principios, objetivos, aplicando los instructivos, regulaciones y procedimientos que la Cooperativa considere necesarios para el desarrollo de sus procesos.

Requisitos mínimos:

  • Estudios primarios completos, deseable tercer grado de secundaria.
  • Conocimientos en Servicio al Cliente.
  • Capacitación interna en Inocuidad de la Práctica Comercial.
  • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en labores afines.
