Job Description

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Planificar y programar el mantenimiento preventivo de los activos asignados, coordinando actividades con talleres y áreas productivas.
  • Coordinar y dar seguimiento a las órdenes de trabajo, verificando prioridades, avances y cumplimiento de los planes establecidos.
  • Analizar información e indicadores de mantenimiento para identificar oportunidades de mejora y apoyar la toma de decisiones.
  • Gestionar los requerimientos de repuestos y materiales, procurando la disponibilidad de los recursos necesarios para ejecutar los planes.
  • Analizar fallas e historiales de mantenimiento para proponer acciones que reduzcan recurrencias y mejoren la confiabilidad de los equipos.
  • Verificar la calidad y confiabilidad de los registros en los sistemas de mantenimiento.
  • Auditar actividades en campo y validar el cumplimiento de estándares técnicos y procedimientos operativos.
  • Desarrollar iniciativas de mejora continua orientadas a incrementar la eficiencia operativa y optimizar los costos de mantenimiento.

✅ Requisitos para aplicar:

  • Indispensable Bachiller en Ingeniería en Mantenimiento Industrial, Ingeniero Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Electromecánica o carrera afín.
  • Indispensable Buenas prácticas de manufactura en Alimentos y Bebidas
  • Deseable conocimiento en SAP
  • Licencia B1 y/o A2.
  • Indispensable movilidad entre plantas a nivel país
  • Indispensable conocimiento Intermedio en Excel.
  • Deseable:

- Conocimiento en metrología, termodinámica, termofluidos, mecánica de sólidos

- Administración de datos en Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Power Bi, Power Apps)

- Administración de presupuestos

- Conocimiento en sistemas de mejora continua como lean Manufacturing y six sigma.

- Conocimiento en gestión de repuestos industriales

- Conocimiento en administración de capex

- Conocimiento SAP Módulo PM

  • Indispensable Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en administración de planes de mantenimiento, preferiblemente en industrial alimenticia.

Ubicación: Coyol, Alajuela. Se requiere disponibilidad para movilizarse a nivel nacional

Horario: de lunes a viernes de 7:30 am a 4:30 pm

Modalidad: Híbrida
