The posting

Job Description

1. Recibir y enviar todas las facturas relacionadas a proveedores para su debida revisión, análisis y programación, con el fin de verificar si cumple con todas las políticas de pago y plazo de crédito estipulado.

2. Analizar todos los registros por pagos a proveedores, verificando cada factura en físico recibida por las demás áreas de la compañía, para estar seguro que se realizaron correctamente según la naturaleza del gasto.

3. Archivar y registrar todos los documentos relacionados al área de cuentas por pagar, llevando un mejor control de gastos de la compañía y ordenándolos en una caja rotulada según mes corriente, para un mejor control del área.

4. Realizar mensualmente, semanalmente o cada vez que sea requerido de acuerdo a la naturaleza del trámite el pago de viáticos, servicios como agua potable, telefonía celular y todo lo relacionado a solicitudes de pago, ingresando a la plataforma de Dos Pinos en la modalidad financiero y luego entrar a registro de solicitudes de pago, para realizar envío a casa matriz.

Requisitos y experiencia:

Técnico en Contabilidad o carrera a fin Deseable Bachillerato Universitario en Contabilidad o carrera a fin Conocimiento sistema SAP y Excel avanzado.

Experiencia de 1 a 3 años en puestos similares
