Ubicación: San Carlos/ Ciudad Quesada Dirección: Planeación y Logística Departamento: Taller Automotriz

¿Qué harás en este rol?

  • Supervisar las operaciones de los talleres automotrices, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad y eficiencia.
  • Coordinar mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos de la flota vehicular.
  • Liderar al equipo técnico promoviendo un ambiente colaborativo y de alto rendimiento.
  • Gestionar recursos, herramientas y equipos para optimizar su uso.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas legales y regulaciones del país.
  • Implementar mejoras continuas en los procesos de mantenimiento.
  • Monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) y generar reportes de gestión.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Bachillerato o Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Mantenimiento Industrial, Mecánica o afín.
  • Deseable formación técnica en Mecánica Automotriz.
  • Licencia B1.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en supervisión de equipos técnicos y mantenimiento automotriz.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar en distintas zonas del país.
  • Disponibilidad para laborar en horario de lunes a sábado de 10:00am a 7:00pm, Domingo Libre.
