The posting

· Conduzir rotinas administrativo-financeiras do setor;

· Processar notas fiscais e acompanhar o fluxo de pagamento, garantindo seu processamento tempestivo;

· Emitir Requisição de Compra (RC);

· Conferir medições, garantindo a correção dos valores pagos a fornecedores;

· Alimentar as planilhas e sistemas de controle do setor;

· Garantir que os serviços contratados de vigilância patrimonial, restaurante, lavanderia, transporte, jardinagem, limpeza e conservação sejam cumpridos conforme contrato, monitorando os níveis de serviço;

· Dar suporte à área nas demandas de campo de projetos;

· Garantir que os processos de controle de acesso sejam cumpridos por colaboradores, visitantes e terceiros;

· Apoiar a área nos processos de viagens: emissão de passagens aéreas, transporte, hotel, locação de veículos;

· Apoiar a área em auditorias;

· Efetuar o controle de solicitações e pagamentos dos contratos de correspondência como Correios, sedex, malotes, currier, motoboy;

· Participar das iniciativas de produtividade e redução de custos, identificando projetos de produtividade de através da análise dos contratos de prestação de serviço da planta;

· Apoiar nas demandas de visitas a fábrica;

· Prestar rígida observância às normas e procedimentos de qualidade, segurança de alimentos, segurança, saúde e meio ambiente da empresa, conforme compromisso com a Política de Gestão Integrada, e de acordo com o Código de Conduta da empresa, bem como seus Valores e Princípios;

  • Superior completo em Administração; Ciências Contábeis, ou áreas afins;
  • Desejável gestão de facilities em indústrias;
  • Desejável inglês intermediário;
  • Disponibilidade para horário de 2ª a 5ª de 7h às 17h e 6ª de 7h às 16h.
  • Salário fixo compatível com a função;
  • Ticket de R$ 882,42;
