The posting

  • Supervisionar os processos da produção na fábrica, garantindo o atendimento dos volumes programados, assegurando o cumprindo dos padrões pré-estabelecidos e realizando melhoria contínua nos processos;
  • Realizar a gestão da equipe, suportando o desenvolvimento de seus liderados visando o atingimento das metas de Segurança, Qualidade, eficiência, TPM, Aderência, Disponibilidade e Meio-ambiente;
  • Estabelecer prioridades, distribuir tarefas e orientar os operadores quanto ao correto manuseio de equipamentos e materiais no processo de produtivo;
  • Avaliar o desempenho dos equipamentos (rendimento e produtividade) e reportar aos seus superiores através de relatórios padrões;
  • Garantir que os gráficos, dados e resultados do processo de produção sejam gerados corretamente pelos operadores utilizando planilhas padrões, a fim de fornecer a liderança informações claras;
  • Garantir a manutenção da área de trabalho, direcionando e distribuindo as atividades aos funcionários, estabelecendo prioridades e execuções através da metodologia 5S, BPF e práticas do TPM;
  • Garantir todos os processos da produção (início, meio e fim) através da operacionalidade dos equipamentos;
  • Garantir que os padrões e procedimentos estabelecidos sejam cumpridos por meio de inspeções das áreas com o objetivo de gerar produtos com qualidade e atendendo as metas e eficiência de produção;
  • Garantir os preenchimentos dos relatórios dos setores por meio do registro em formulário padrão;
  • Garantir a execução das atividades junto aos funcionários por meio das regras estabelecidas de segurança do trabalho, qualidade, segurança de alimentos, meio ambiente e regras de ouro;
  • Fazer a gestão dos Grupos Autônomos das linhas/áreas sob sua responsabilidade, garantindo a execução das atividades conforme os cronogramas e atingindo os resultados propostos através da metodologia TPM;
  • Garantir a acuracidade das informações relativas a produtividade por meio do Sistema de Gerenciamento de Produção;
  • Prestar rígida observância às normas e procedimentos de qualidade, segurança de alimentos, segurança, saúde e meio ambiente da empresa, conforme compromisso com a Política de Gestão Integrada, e de acordo com o Código de Conduta da empresa, bem como seus Valores e Princípios.
  • Superior completo em Engenharia de Produção, Química, de Alimentos, Mecânica, Elétrica, de Automação ou Eletrônica;
  • Experiência na função;
  • Desejável inglês mínimo de nível iniciante;
  • Disponibilidade para escala 6x2 rotativa: 6h15 às 14h45; 14h30 às 22h50, 22h35 às 06h25.
  • Salário fixo compatível com a função;
