Qualifications

  1. Male or female, within productive working age.
  2. Minimum Diploma degree in a relevant field.
  3. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the offset printing industry, particularly in B2B sales.
  4. Proven experience handling major clients and large-scale printing projects.
  5. Possesses a strong professional network, especially in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, F&B, tobacco, and skincare/cosmetics sectors.
  6. Direct access to buyers or purchasing decision-makers in these sectors will be a strong advantage.
  7. Placement at Surabaya (Central Area).

Job Description

  1. Identify and establish relationships with potential B2B clients.
  2. Generate leads through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  3. Maintain and manage the client database to ensure effective follow-ups.
  4. Forward client price inquiries to the internal team.
  5. Prepare and submit monthly sales reports.
  6. Willing to travel for client visits and business development.
