The posting

Responsibilities:

  • Design research plans using primary and secondary research methods;
  • Conduct customer, stakeholder, and expert interviews;
  • Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking;
  • Synthesize research findings into insights that can inform strategy hypotheses;
  • Translate insights into strategic hypotheses that can inspire experience ideas;
  • Capture analogous adjacent market examples to inspire clients and design teams;
  • Support design and innovative user experiences;
  • Participate and lead client presentations and workshops;
  • Support and foster our engagement with clients;
  • Contribute to internal thought leadership to support our positioning;
  • Contribute to our strategic toolkit;
  • Support the Strategy Director and Principals.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience working as a strategist;
  • A starter who can work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Genuine interest in human conditions and behaviors;
  • Strong aptitude for business;
  • Prioritization and multi-tasking skills;
  • Ability to continually adapt to new challenges;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Comfortable working under pressure with often critical deadlines;
  • Strong attention to detail
