The posting

Responsibilities

  • Analyse EHS performance data and drive day-to-day EHS initiatives.
  • Maintain and improve workplace EHS standards, practices, and compliance with applicable legislation.
  • Prepare regular EHS reports and maintain EHS Management System documentation.
  • Conduct EHS audits and incident investigations where required.
  • Promote EHS awareness and conduct training for stakeholders.
  • Perform statutory duties as a Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).

Requirements

  • Registered WSHO with Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with the National Environment Agency (NEA).
  • Minimum 2 years of WSHO experience in Singapore, with prior experience in Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects.
  • Good knowledge of EHS management systems and standards, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and bizSAFE.
  • Willing to work night shifts and occasionally on public holidays.
  • Strong communication and written skills, with initiative and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong commitment to EHS excellence.
