The posting

Als Business Process Analyst krijg je de kans om de volledige werking van onze klant grondig te leren kennen.

In de eerste periode ligt de focus op het opbouwen van een intern netwerk en het begrijpen van de organisatie. Je gaat in gesprek met ongeveer 500 collega's en 1.000 telers om inzicht te krijgen in de huidige werking en de bestaande processen.

Je analyseert en documenteert processen binnen onder andere:

  • Verkoop
  • Logistiek
  • Keuring
  • Transport

Concreet zal je:

  • Processen in kaart brengen volgens de BPMN-methodiek
  • De dagelijkse werking analyseren en verbeterpunten indentificeren
  • Concrete optimalisaties voorstellen en uitwerken
  • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om verbeteringen te implementeren
  • Evalueren of doorgevoerde aanpassingen het gewenste resultaat opleveren

Deze functie is een echte langetermijnrol. Het leren kennen van de organisatie, het analyseren van processen en het implementeren van verbetertrajecten zal meerdere jaren in beslag nemen. Daarom zoeken we ieman die zich duurzaam wil engageren en mee wil bouwen aan de verdere groei en professionalisering van onze klant.

In deze rol je rechtstreeks aan de IT Manager en vorm je de brug tussen de business en IT.

Naar wie is onze klant opzoek?

  • Een Bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen bijvoorbeeld Handelingenieur, TEW, Business Engineering, Bedrijfskunde of Supply Chain Management is een mooie troef, maar geen absolute vereiste
  • Je beschikt over enkele jaren relevante ervaring in het analyseren, optimaliseren en verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen
  • Ervaring binnen een voedings-, productie- of logistieke omgeving is een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je beschikt over een sterk analystisch en kritisch denkvermogen
  • Je bouwt vlot relaties op en schakelt gemakkelijk met verschillende stakeholders binnen de organisatie
  • Je bent ondernemend, neemt initiatief en krijgt energie van het verbeteren van processen
