Als Logistiek administratief coördinator heb je een uiteenlopend takenpakket. Jouw grootste verantwoordelijkheid is ervoor te zorgen dat het magazijn in Bornem en de bijbehorende logistieke processen gesmeerd verlopen.

Wat houdt dit concreet in?

  • De schakel vormen tussen het kantoor en het magazijn. Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer en hebt je bureau midden tussen de magazijniers.
  • Het beheer van het magazijn en de stock, inclusief de nauwgezette opvolging van projecten, KPI's en targets. Ook een correcte administratieve afhandeling en prefacturatie behoren tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Een heldere en oplossingsgerichte communicatie met klanten onderhouden. Bij vragen zoek je zaken graag tot op de bodem uit om tot een gepaste oplossing te komen.
  • Waken over de orde en veiligheid in het magazijn, met aandacht voor het magazijnreglement, het onderhoud en de veiligheidsuitrusting van chauffeurs en magazijniers.
  • Actief meewerken aan projecten die bijdragen aan een voortdurende verbetering van de klantenservice.
  • Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de Warehouse Manager en samen met hem instaan voor een optimale werking van het magazijn.

Ben jij de juiste kandidaat voor de functie van Logistiek administratief coördinator? Kan jij onderstaande zaken afchecken?

  • Een bachelordiploma in logistiek of supply chain management, aangevuld met enkele jaren ervaring in een logistieke omgeving, is een mooie troef.
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans. Die laatste twee talen hoeven niet perfect te zijn, aangezien de meeste communicatie via e-mail verloopt.
  • Een goede kennis van Office-toepassingen en ervaring met een WMS-systeem.
  • Een gedreven persoonlijkheid met een no-nonsense attitude.
  • Flexibiliteit, stressbestendigheid en het vermogen om de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je woont in de buurt van Bornem
