Ben jij een organisatietalent met een passie voor logistiek? In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat goederenstromen vlot verlopen tussen magazijnen, productie en klanten. Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen en externe logistieke partners en draagt actief bij aan een efficiënte supply chain.

Jouw taken

  • Je plant en coördineert transporten tussen het centrale magazijn, externe opslaglocaties en klanten.
  • Je volgt de transporten op en stemt hiervoor af met transporteurs en logistieke partners.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle transport- en douanedocumenten correct en tijdig verwerkt worden.
  • Je beheert de samenwerking met externe magazijnen en bent hun belangrijkste aanspreekpunt.
  • Je bewaakt de voorraadcapaciteit en organiseert stockcontroles waar nodig.
  • Je stemt de beschikbaarheid van verpakkingsmaterialen af op de productieplanning.
  • Je analyseert logistieke processen en doet voorstellen om de werking verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je houdt controle over logistieke kosten en bewaakt gemaakte afspraken met leveranciers.
  • Je werkt dagelijks samen met collega's van aankoop, productieplanning, customer service en logistiek.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Supply Chain Manager.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of relevante ervaring binnen logistiek, supply chain, customer service of productieplanning.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in logistieke processen en wil je hierin verder ontwikkelen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht, neemt initiatief en speelt flexibel in op wijzigingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede basiskennis van het Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een plus.
  • Ervaring met SAP is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
