Als storingsmonteur heb je zowel technische, organisatorische en communicatieve verantwoordelijkheden voor een efficiënte productieomgeving:

  • Afstellen en controleren van diverse apparatuur, zoals transformatoren, ventilatoren, elektromotoren, pompen, turbines, motoren en generatoren;
  • Maken van nauwkeurige kosten- en herstellingstermijn inschattingen met begrip van technische aspecten en kosten;
  • Opstellen van kostenramingen voor interventies om financiële impact van reparaties en onderhoud te begrijpen;
  • Beheersen van technische vaardigheden zoals aansluiten van computers op apparatuur en gebruik van gespecialiseerde software voor storingsdetectie;
  • Organiseren, plannen en opvolgen van preventief en correctief onderhoud, inclusief ontwikkelen van onderhoudsschema's en taken toewijzen aan teamleden;
  • Lokaliseren van storingen in installaties met diepgaand begrip van apparatuur en oplossen van technische problemen;
  • Bieden van technische ondersteuning aan onderhoudsploegen en productie-/exploitatieteams, inclusief identificeren en herstellen van defecte componenten;
  • Bepalen van inplanting van industriële uitrusting op specifieke sites met aandacht voor lay-out, eisen en veiligheidsvoorschriften;
  • Bijhouden van gedetailleerde gegevens van interventies, inclusief kosten, materialen en arbeidstijd voor rapportage en analyse;
  • Doorgeven van informatie aan betrokken diensten om samenwerking tussen teams en afdelingen te vergemakkelijken;
  • Bijdragen aan optimalisatie van productieprocessen, minimaliseren van uitvaltijd en verbeteren van algehele bedrijfsprestaties.

Als toekomstige storingsmonteur binnen deze firma herken jij jezelf in onderstaand profiel:

  • In deze positie is een technisch diploma essentieel, vergezeld van een bewezen staat van dienst van minstens 3 jaar in een productieomgeving;
  • Je dient flexibel te zijn in je werkschema, bereidheid tonend om in ploegendiensten te werken;
  • Een grondige beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is een vereiste om effectieve communicatie in de werkomgeving te waarborgen;
  • Bovendien zou bekendheid met PLC-systemen een waardevolle aanvulling zijn op je vaardigheden en kunnen bijdragen aan je effectiviteit in de functie;
  • Deze positie biedt een dynamische kans voor gekwalificeerde kandidaten om hun technische expertise in te zetten binnen een boeiende productieomgeving, waarbij teamwork en technische bekwaamheid samenkomen om succes te verzekeren.
