DEIN BEITRAG FÜR UNSEREN GEMEINSAMEN ERFOLG • Als Store Visual Merchandiser bist du für die visuelle Umsetzung und Warenpräsentation in 2–3 Stores in der NRW-Region verantwortlich. • Du betreust 2–3 Stores in der Region Köln / Bonn und stellst sicher, dass unsere Markenidentität und Visual Standards in allen betreuten Stores konsistent umgesetzt werden. • Du trainierst und unterstützt die Store Teams bei der Umsetzung der Visual Guidelines und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kollektionen optimal präsentiert werden. • Du analysierst die Verkaufsflächen und optimierst die Warenpräsentation, um Umsatz und Kundenerlebnis zu maximieren. • Du arbeitest eng mit den Store Managern zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Visual Konzepte effektiv umgesetzt werden. • Du stellst sicher, dass alle Stores stets einen inspirierenden, sauberen und trendigen Look haben. • Du bist regelmäßig in den Stores präsent und unterstützt aktiv bei Re-Merchandising und neuen Kollektionseinführungen.

DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS • Du hast Erfahrung im Visual Merchandising im Fashion Retail. • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Trends, Styling und Warenpräsentation. • Du bist organisiert, flexibel und arbeitest gerne eigenständig. • Du hast starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und kannst Store Teams motivieren und coachen. • Du bist in der Region Köln / Bonn ansässig und bereit, regelmäßig zwischen deinen 2–3 Stores zu reisen. • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, weitere Sprachen sind ein Vorteil. • Mode ist deine große Leidenschaft und du liebst es, inspirierende Verkaufsflächen zu gestalten.
