  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, customer satisfaction, and engineering processes.
  • Stay current on battery technology, industry standards, safety regulations, and emerging electrification technologies.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support customers, product launches, and engineering initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting battery technology, energy storage systems, or related industrial products.
  • Strong understanding of lithium-ion battery technology, battery management systems (BMS), and thermal management principles.
  • Experience with engineering testing, product validation, troubleshooting, and technical support.
  • Proficiency with CAD software, engineering simulation tools, and laboratory testing equipment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.

Desired Qualifications:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
