Als Junior Sales Manager:in wirst du Teil unseres Sales Teams und hilfst uns dabei, noch mehr Menschen für moderne Führung, Leadership und New Work zu begeistern. Dabei lernst du von erfahrenen Sales-Kolleg:innen, übernimmst Schritt für Schritt Verantwortung und entwickelst dich zum echten B2B-Sales-Profi.

  • Du sprichst potenzielle Kund:innen an und findest heraus, für wen unsere Leadership-Programme spannend sein könnten.
  • Du führst Gespräche mit HR-Verantwortlichen, Führungskräften und Geschäftsführer:innen, verstehst ihre Herausforderungen und findest passende Weiterbildungsangebote.
  • Du begleitest deine Kund:innen vom ersten Gespräch über die Angebotserstellung bis zum Abschluss und baust langfristige Beziehungen auf.
  • Du pflegst deine Kontakte und Sales-Aktivitäten in HubSpot, behältst deine Pipeline im Auge und sorgst dafür, dass keine Chance verloren geht.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Sales gesammelt, idealerweise im B2B-Vertrieb, z. B. durch eine Werkstudententätigkeit, ein Praktikum oder deine erste Festanstellung
  • Ob beim Verhandeln auf dem Flohmarkt oder im Gespräch mit neuen Leuten, du hast Spaß daran, Menschen zu überzeugen und für Ideen zu begeistern.
  • Du bist kommunikativ, neugierig und gehst gerne auf andere Menschen zu. Zum Telefon zu greifen kostet dich keine große Überwindung.
  • Du interessierst dich für Menschen, moderne Führung und die Themen Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung.
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, denkst mit und hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und kannst dich auch auf Englisch gut verständigen.
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Sales, in der Beratung oder im direkten Kundenkontakt sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss. Wir suchen vor allem Menschen mit Drive, Lernbereitschaft und Lust auf Wachstum!
