  • Du kontaktierst potenzielle Kund:innen, die bereits Interesse an unseren Angeboten gezeigt haben, und findest heraus, ob unsere Leadership-Programme zu ihnen passen.
  • Du vereinbarst qualifizierte Gesprächstermine für unsere Sales Manager.
  • Du erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse und leitest relevante Informationen an unser Sales Team weiter.
  • Du dokumentierst deine Gespräche und hältst unsere Lead-Daten aktuell.
  • Du unterstützt unser Team im Tagesgeschäft und bringst eigene Ideen zur Verbesserung unserer Prozesse ein.

Dein Profil

  • Auf dem letzten Flohmarkt hast du noch 20 % Rabatt rausgehandelt? Du hast Spaß daran, Menschen zu überzeugen, und findest auch in spontanen Gesprächen die richtigen Worte.
  • Du studierst aktuell, hast 20 Stunden pro Woche Zeit und Lust, mit uns in unserem Berliner Office durchzustarten.
  • Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu und greifst lieber direkt zum Telefon, statt lange eine E-Mail zu formulieren.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und bringst gerne eigene Ideen ein.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und kannst dich auch auf Englisch gut verständigen.
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Sales sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss. Viel wichtiger sind uns deine Persönlichkeit, Motivation und Lust, Neues zu lernen!
