  • Einzelteile und Baugruppen anhand von Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Arbeitsanweisungen montieren
  • Komplette Getriebe gemäß Produktionsauftrag aufbauen
  • Qualitäts- und Funktionsprüfungen durchführen
  • Mess- und Prüfergebnisse dokumentieren
  • Kundenanforderungen sowie interne Qualitätsstandards einhalten
  • Abweichungen und Fehler frühzeitig zu erkennen und melden
  • Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Arbeitsbereich sicherstellen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker oder Feinwerkmechaniker (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung in der Montage mechanischer Baugruppen von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Montageanweisungen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln
  • Technisches Verständnis für mechanische Zusammenhänge
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Lernbereitschaft
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung mit ERP- und BDE-Systemen wünschenswert
