• Härten, Nitrieren, Glühen, Vergüten – du beherrschst das volle Programm • Salzbadnitrieren gehört bei uns auch dazu: Dabei behandelst du Stahlteile in einem heißen Salzbad– das sorgt für eine besonders harte, verschleißfeste Oberfläche • Chargieren der Anlagen: Du stellst die Werkstücke zusammen, positionierst sie korrekt in den Chargenträgern und sorgst dafür, dass alles sauber vorbereitet ist • Du bedienst und überwachst unsere modernen Härteanlagen – alles unter Kontrolle, von Temperaturen bis Atmosphären • Chargenabbau: Nach dem Prozess nimmst du die Werkstücke fachgerecht aus den Anlagen, achtest auf schonende Behandlung und führst erste Sichtkontrollen durch • Du kümmerst dich mit dem Team auch um nachgelagerte Schritte – z. B. Strahlen, Reinigen oder Veredelungsverfahren wie Anlassen oder Oxidieren, je nach Kundenwunsch • Mitdenken ist bei uns gefragt – du bringst eigene Ideen ein, wie wir besser und effizienter werden können – dein Know-how zählt!

Wenn du handwerklich geschickt bist und ein Interesse an Metallverarbeitung hast, bist du bei uns genau richtig • Lust auf Technik, Teamarbeit und präzises Arbeiten • Gewissenhafte und präzise Arbeitsweise und ein gutes Auge fürs Detail • Teamgeist, Motivation und Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (läuft bei uns fair und planbar ab)
