  • Du bist aus unserem Büro in Backnang kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere internationalen Kunden über alle Kontaktwege hinweg
  • Die Unterstützung und eigenständige Übernahme allgemeiner Bürotätigkeiten im Serviceinnendienst ist für dich selbstverständlich
  • Alle weiteren Rückfragen von Kundenanliegen zu Produkt und Abwicklung werden von dir bearbeitet

Dein Profil

  • Du zeigst ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung sowie einen versierten und souveränen Umgang mit Kunden
  • Du beherrscht die deutsche und englische Sprache fließend in Wort und Schrift
  • Deine sehr guten Kenntnisse der gängigen PC-Standardsoftware (MS Office, Internet) runden dein Profil ab
  • Eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise im Team zeichnet dich aus
  • Du zeigst einen zielorientierten und professionellen Umgang mit neuen Aufgaben- und Problemstellungen
