Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bearbeitest eigenverantwortlich Retouren und Reklamationen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Abwicklung
  • Du übernimmst Annahme, Erfassung und termingerechte Bearbeitung der Reklamationen und arbeitest dabei eng mit der Retourenabteilung in unserer Logistik zusammen
  • Du prüfst die reklamierten Artikel und dokumentierst dabei Mängel und Fehler
  • Du stehst unseren Kunden und Lieferanten schriftlich und telefonisch kompetent zur Seite und findest für jedes Anliegen eine passende Lösung
  • Du bist im Büro Backnang die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere (internationalen) Kund*innen und vertrittst unser Unternehmen professionell nach außen
  • Dabei arbeitest du eng zusammen mit der Logistik, dem Einkauf und unserer Buchhaltung

Dein Profil

  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und überzeugst durch deine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Du verfügst über Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängiger PC-Software (MS Office, Internet).
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Reklamationsmanagement oder Kundenservice sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
