Hoy estamos buscando un Technical Program Manager con sólida experiencia en Project Management, Scrum, gestión de stakeholders y proyectos tecnológicos Cloud.

El rol tendrá un papel clave en la gestión y gobierno de proyectos tecnológicos complejos, asegurando la correcta gestión de alcance, presupuesto, riesgos y timelines, además de mantener una comunicación efectiva entre equipos de ingeniería, negocio y stakeholders ejecutivos.

Requisitos

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia sólida en Project Management y/o Program Management, liderando proyectos tecnológicos complejos e interconectados.
  • Experiencia trabajando con metodologías Agile/Scrum y Waterfall, adaptando la gestión de acuerdo con las necesidades de cada proyecto.
  • Experiencia en Program Governance y Risk Management, gestionando alcance, presupuesto, timelines, dependencias y mitigación de riesgos.
  • Sólidas habilidades de Stakeholder Management y comunicación, con capacidad para relacionarse efectivamente tanto con equipos de ingeniería como con stakeholders ejecutivos.
  • Capacidad para conectar los resultados de los proyectos con objetivos estratégicos y valor de negocio, incluyendo conceptos como ROI y TCO.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de tecnologías Cloud, incluyendo infraestructura, datos y desarrollo, que permitan facilitar conversaciones técnicas y comprender dependencias entre equipos.
  • Español e inglés avanzado para trabajar y comunicarse con equipos y stakeholders internacionales. Portugués es deseable.
