Requisitos

Se requiere experiencia con:

  • Experiencia demostrable en modelos predictivos de churn, fuga, propensión, riesgo o comportamiento de clientes.
  • Dominio de Python, SQL y herramientas de análisis estadístico.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Azure Data Lake, Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory o servicios equivalentes.
  • Conocimiento en preparación de datos, feature engineering, entrenamiento de modelos, validación cruzada y evaluación de performance.
  • Capacidad para explicar los resultados del modelo a audiencias técnicas y de negocio.
  • Experiencia en model governance, documentación, versionamiento y monitoreo de modelos.
