Buscamos uma profissional comunicativa, elegante na comunicação, persuasiva e altamente focada em resultados para atuar com vendas consultivas de produtos estéticos de alto valor agregado.

A profissional atuará principalmente com atendimento online via WhatsApp, realizando relacionamento com clientes, negociação, fechamento de vendas e acompanhamento comercial.

• Vendas consultivas de produtos estéticos premium • Atendimento online via WhatsApp • Relacionamento e fidelização de clientes • Negociação e fechamento de vendas • Estudo e domínio técnico dos produtos • Acompanhamento de clientes e pós-venda • Organização de atendimentos e oportunidades comerciais

Formação: Ensino médio completo

Diferencial: Ensino técnico ou superior em andamento Sendo: Estética, Farmácia, Biomedicina, Saúde, Arquitetura, Comercial/Vendas

• Experiência com vendas, atendimento ou relacionamento com clientes • Facilidade com atendimento online e WhatsApp • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita • Perfil comercial, comunicativo e persuasivo • Organização e postura profissional • Facilidade em negociação e fechamento de vendas • Interesse em crescimento financeiro através de performance • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Uberlândia/MG • Conhecimento básico de redes sociais e comunicação digital será diferencial • Interesse pela área estética e produtos premium será considerado diferencial

Habilidades:

• Comunicativa, elegante na comunicação e com bom relacionamento interpessoal • Proativa, produtiva e focada em metas e resultados • Ambiciosa financeiramente, com perfil comercial e vontade de crescimento profissional

Modelos de Remuneração: Primeiros 6 meses: • Fixo + 1,5% de comissão

Após 6 meses: • Modelo 100% comissionado

Ganhos médios estimados: R$ 5.000,00 a R$ 25.000,00+

Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira 08h às 18h
