As a UX Designer at ZP, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and engaging interfaces that meet the needs of our users. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment. ## Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Qualifications

  • 0-5 years of experience in UX design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and demonstrating problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
