What You’ll Do As a Flex Team Custodian, you are key to keeping our Charleston area schools safe, clean, and healthy! You will flex between school locations filling in wherever extra support is needed. Serve as a versatile janitor and mobile cleaner, supporting school facilities with general cleaning, trash removal, restocking, and floor care. Travel weekly and or daily between designated local school sites in the Charleston area using your reliable transportation.  Ensure all assigned school sites meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.    What You Bring To The Team

Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (Required).

Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a positive, team-first attitude. Ability to pass required background checks for working in school environments.
