What You’ll Do As our Janitorial Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind multi-site client satisfaction and team performance across commercial facilities in the Simpsonville area. As a dedicated Janitorial Operations Manager, you will lead, mentor, and inspire our frontline teams to deliver exceptional cleaning standards and operational consistency. Lead & Support Teams: Interview, hire, train, and mentor supervisory staff and hourly cleaning crew members. Ensure Operational Excellence: Conduct regular site inspections, audit work quality, and ensure full compliance with site-specific safety protocols. Build Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for facility managers, conducting monthly updates on building conditions and work progress. Manage Resources: Oversee inventory, order cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure all site equipment is maintained in top operating condition. Administrative Oversight: Supervise site timekeeping, audit hourly records, and step in to assist on-site teams when needed to ensure business continuity. What You Bring to the Team Experience: 2–5 years of supervisory or facility management experience (or a 2/4-year degree from an accredited institution). Leadership Skills: Strong capability to direct, develop, and inspire team members while managing multiple account locations without dedicated site managers. Valid Driver’s License: Required to support 50% local day travel across client locations. Communication & Math: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to follow detailed instructions and understand measurements, volumes, and site codes.
