Location: Robert Smalls Pkwy, Beaufort, SC (On-site)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Requirements: 1+ years of supervisory experience; ability to lift up to 35 lbs; basic cleaning & safety knowledge

What You’ll Do As our Janitorial Site Supervisor (serving as our on-site Janitorial Lead and Custodial Supervisor), you will lead our evening team to keep K-12 facilities spotless and safe.

Lead and support general cleaners in their established routes while managing daily tasks and project zones.

Inspect completed work to uphold high cleaning standards, OSHA guidelines, and site protocols.

Coordinate special floor care projects and manage inventory for cleaning supplies.

Connect professionally with clients and management to handle site requests swiftly.

What You Bring to the Team

1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in janitorial or custodial services.

Strong communication, safety awareness, and detailed inspection skills.

Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs.

Must be able to pass a state and national background check.
