Die WLL Logistik und Service GmbH ist ein Dienstleistungsunternehmen im Bereich Lagerlogistik und Versand. Unser Herz schlägt für Fashion- und Lifestyle-Logistik. Wir betreuen dabei die Warenabwicklung für ein breites Markenspektrum in den Bereichen Streetwear, Caps, Accessoires uvm.

Für unseren Logistikstandort in Darmstadt-Arheilgen suchen wir ab sofort in Vollzeit eine:n Operations Manager (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest die operative Steuerung der Abläufe im Wareneingang, der Kommissionierung und im Versand.
  • Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst die Teamleiter (3 Teamleitende + ca. 80 weitere Mitarbeitende) und stellst eine effiziente Personaleinsatzplanung sicher.
  • Du überwachst relevante KPIs (z. B. Durchlaufzeiten, Pick-Raten, Bestandsgenauigkeit) und leitest Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab.
  • Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse in der Lager- und Fördertechnik sowie in SAP und setzt kontinuierliche Verbesserungen um.
  • Du bist für die Auswahl, Einarbeitung und Schulung neuer Mitarbeitenden zuständig.
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung aller Vorgaben und Maßnahmen im Bereich der Arbeitssicherheit sicher.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Operations Managern (m/w/d) des zweiten Standortes, der Logistikleitung und externen Transportdienstleistern zusammen.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (z. B. als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik) mit Weiterbildung zum Logistikmeister (oder vergleichbar) sowie 5 bis 7 Jahre Führungserfahrung – vorzugsweise in der Fashion-Branche.
  • Du bringst Führungskompetenz bei der Leitung von mehreren Teams im Lager (> 20 Mitarbeitende) sowie einen ausgeprägten KPI-Fokus zur Einhaltung der Servicelevels mit.
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch sehr gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse, eine analytische, prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie fundierte Erfahrungen im Kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (KVP) und Change Management / Change Request aus.
  • Du besitzt praktisches Know-how im Bereich Automatiklager und gehst sicher mit SAP und MS Office / Google Workspace um – erste BI-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch Deine Hands-on-Mentalität aus, hast Freude an der Weiterentwicklung in einem dynamischen Umfeld und bringst die Bereitschaft für die Arbeit in einem 2-Schicht-System inkl. Samstagsarbeit mit.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend erforderlich – weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
