DESCRIÇÃO RESUMIDA DO CARGO: Como executivo de contas da carteira de parceiros digitais, o seu desafio será oferecer suporte ao desenvolvimento do parceiro comercial, promovendo uma relação forte e duradoura que traga resultados ganha-ganha. Atua em contato direto com o parceiro, impulsionando seu crescimento em vendas e produção com receita positiva. Além disso, assegura o cumprimento das cláusulas contratuais e sua vigência, garantindo a satisfação do cliente e a qualidade de entrega da empresa parceira. Dessa forma, promove uma experiência plena de crescimento.

DESCRIÇÃO DETALHADA: Diariamente dá suporte aos parceiros através de ligações, vídeo conferências, mensagens via plataformas de comunicação da empresa, entendendo as suas necessidades quanto ao sucesso de suas vendas, auxiliando-os de acordo com as demandas operacionais para realizar os direcionamentos aos setores responsáveis;

Fazer análise de relatórios de produção dos parceiros afim de realizar propostas de engajamento e provocar uma venda mais agressiva, gerando novas oportunidades de negócio de forma empática e relacional;

Realizar análises de atuação dos concorrentes afim de ter argumentos necessários para fidelizar o nosso cliente, sempre propondo de forma ética e de acordo com o nosso jeito de ser, possibilidades de melhoria e assistência personalizada;

Através dos relatórios de vendas e estratégias comerciais, manter os parceiros munido de informações e atualizações que os deixem confortáveis e seguros quanto a realização de suas vendas;

Manter-se informado sobre o mercado e a concorrência, avaliando oportunidades de novos negócios e alternativas de atendimento, por meio de leitura especializada e pesquisa na internet;

Periodicamente emite relatórios, quadros demonstrativos e estatísticas diversas sobre o desempenho da área e perspectivas, para apreciação e controle do superior;

Executa outras tarefas relacionadas com o cargo, a critério do superior.

COMPETÊNCIAS TÉCNICAS: Escolaridade: Ensino Médio completo ou Curso superior em andamento (Administração, Marketing ou áreas afins) Habilidades técnicas: Office intermediário, Informática e tecnologias, Marketing digital.
