Vous êtes un(e) technico-commercial(e) terrain avec une expérience dans le CVC, le génie climatique ou les solutions techniques BtoB ? Rejoignez TCRI Group et prenez en charge le développement d’un secteur stratégique en Île-de-France au sein d’un groupe en pleine croissance.

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Technico-Commercial Itinérant H/F pour renforcer notre équipe commerciale terrain et accompagner nos clients dans leurs projets.

Votre rôle

Rattaché(e) au Responsable d'Agence, vous êtes l’ambassadeur de TCRI Group auprès de nos clients et prospects. Après un parcours d’intégration, vous prenez en charge le développement commercial de votre secteur.

Au quotidien, vous aurez pour missions de :

  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients professionnels.
  • Prospecter de nouveaux clients et détecter les opportunités de marché.
  • Identifier les besoins de vos interlocuteurs et proposer des solutions techniques adaptées.
  • Élaborer, négocier et défendre les offres commerciales.
  • Assurer le suivi des affaires jusqu’à leur concrétisation.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques et commerciales sédentaires.
  • Participer activement au développement du chiffre d’affaires sur votre secteur.

Votre profil

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre tempérament commercial, votre sens du service et votre goût du challenge.

Vous disposez de :

  • Une expérience réussie de 3 à 5 ans dans la vente BtoB de solutions techniques, idéalement dans le CVC, le génie climatique ou le bâtiment.
  • Une véritable culture du développement commercial et de la prospection.
  • Une excellente capacité d’écoute et de négociation.
  • Un bon sens de l’organisation et une grande autonomie.
  • Une formation Bac à Bac +2 en commerce ou équivalent.

Le permis B est indispensable. Des déplacements quotidiens sont à prévoir sur l’ensemble de l’Île-de-France.
