Filiale du groupe TC Concept et basée à Wimille, SOCOFRI accompagne de grands acteurs industriels tels que Alfa Laval, Arcelor, Bonduelle, Danone ou Nestlé.

Vous êtes ingénieur ou technico-commercial et vous aimez le terrain, le conseil technique et le contact client ? Chez SOCOFRI, chaque mission est l’occasion de développer vos compétences, proposer des solutions innovantes et contribuer au succès de clients exigeants. Nous intervenons sur l’ensemble des besoins en robinetterie industrielle : du petit robinet manuel 1/4 de tour à la vanne de régulation pneumatique ou électrique, en passant par la réparation de soupapes et la révision de servomoteurs.

Vous serez en charge des secteurs 51 / 02 / 60 / 80, représentant un portefeuille de clients varié et stratégique.

Ce que vous ferez au quotidien :

En tant qu’ambassadeur SOCOFRI sur les secteurs 51 / 02 / 60 / 80, vous êtes un acteur clé du développement commercial et de la satisfaction client, en lien direct avec le commercial sédentaire.

Votre rôle : développer votre portefeuille, détecter de nouvelles opportunités et transformer chaque contact en relation durable. Vous conseillez vos clients, proposez des solutions techniques adaptées et participez activement au rayonnement de SOCOFRI sur votre territoire.

Vous intervenez également sur la partie offres : construction des devis avec le sédentaire, relances, négociation des conditions commerciales et validation des solutions techniques spécifiques. Vous êtes garant de la bonne fluidité du processus commercial.

Au quotidien, vous assurez un suivi client de qualité : accompagnement des demandes, gestion des réclamations, mise à jour des informations et suivi des éventuelles reprises de matériel.

Enfin, vous évoluez dans un fonctionnement collaboratif rythmé par des échanges réguliers avec le Responsable Commercial et des points mensuels, tout en assurant une coordination efficace avec le commercial sédentaire.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation : BTS SIRA ou équivalent dans le commerce ou le domaine technique
  • Expérience : 2 à 3 ans en technico-commercial, idéalement dans le secteur technique ou industriel
  • Forte autonomie et sens de l’organisation
  • Excellentes qualités relationnelles et sens du service
  • Capacité à négocier et à convaincre
  • Goût du terrain et de la performance
  • Profil en adéquation avec les valeurs et l’esprit SOCOFRI : proximité client, professionnalisme et engagement
