Pour notre agence de Marseille, nous recherchons un Technico-commercial itinérant expérimenté pour développer et fidéliser notre portefeuille clients sur l'ensemble du département des Bouches-du-Rhône (13).

Rattaché au Responsable d'Agence, vous êtes un véritable acteur du développement commercial de votre secteur. Vous mettez votre expertise technique et votre tempérament commercial au service de la satisfaction de vos clients et de la croissance de notre activité.

Vos missions :

  • Développer votre portefeuille clients : fidéliser les clients existants, identifier de nouveaux prospects et conquérir de nouvelles parts de marché sur votre secteur.
  • Assurer le suivi commercial : entretenir une relation de proximité avec vos clients, comprendre leurs besoins et les accompagner dans leurs projets.
  • Apporter votre expertise technique : conseiller et orienter vos interlocuteurs vers les solutions les plus adaptées, notamment dans les domaines du génie climatique et de l'hydraulique.
  • Élaborer des offres commerciales : réaliser les propositions techniques et commerciales, négocier et assurer le suivi jusqu'à la concrétisation des affaires.
  • Piloter votre activité : suivre vos indicateurs commerciaux, organiser vos tournées et assurer un reporting régulier auprès de votre Responsable d'Agence.
  • Développer votre réseau professionnel : renforcer la présence et la notoriété de TCRI Group auprès des acteurs de votre marché.

Le profil que nous recherchons :

Nous recherchons un commercial expérimenté, disposant d'une solide culture technique en génie climatique et d'une bonne connaissance du marché.

Vous disposez idéalement de :

  • Une expérience confirmée dans une fonction technico-commerciale ou commerciale dans le secteur du génie climatique.
  • De solides connaissances techniques en génie climatique et une bonne maîtrise des problématiques hydrauliques.
  • Une bonne compréhension des équipements, installations et solutions techniques de votre secteur.
  • Une expérience dans la gestion et le développement d'un portefeuille clients.
  • Une réelle capacité à négocier, convaincre et développer des relations commerciales durables.
