O pozici

Na této pozici budete poskytovat obchodní podporu před i po prodeji a stanete se důležitým kontaktním bodem pro kolegy ze Sales týmu. Budete pracovat s portfoliem více technologických výrobců, včetně řešení z oblasti kybernetické bezpečnosti.

Součástí role je práce s nabídkami, cenami a maržemi, komunikace s partnery a zákazníky a úzká spolupráce s Business Development Managery. Hledáme někoho, kdo je samostatný, spolehlivý a dokáže si poradit i v náročnějších situacích.

Co budete dělat

  • Podporovat Sales tým a Business Development Managery při přípravě nabídek, cen a kalkulací marže
  • Pracovat s portfoliem různých technologických výrobců a postupně si budovat znalost jejich produktů a řešení
  • Komunikovat se zákazníky a obchodními partnery a pomáhat řešit jejich každodenní požadavky
  • Podporovat obchodní aktivity, speciální nabídky, promo akce a využívání e-commerce nástrojů TD SYNNEX
  • Spolupracovat s BDM kolegy a podle potřeby je podporovat při jednáních se zákazníky a partnery
  • Spolupracovat s obchodním a marketingovým týmem a včas identifikovat a eskalovat případné problémy

Co od vás očekáváme

  • Zkušenosti na pozici v oblasti Sales, Inside Sales nebo obchodní podpory, ideálně v IT prostředí
  • Dobrou orientaci v číslech a schopnost pracovat s cenami, nabídkami a maržemi
  • Velmi dobré komunikační schopnosti, vytrvalost a schopnost profesionálně řešit i náročnější situace se zákazníky či partnery
  • Plynulou češtinu a dobrou znalost angličtiny, včetně schopnosti účastnit se pracovních schůzek v angličtině
  • Samostatnost, spolehlivost a schopnost převzít odpovědnost za svěřené úkoly
  • Zkušenosti z B2B, IT distribuce nebo technologického prostředí jsou velkou výhodou
