  • Verify batch identification, traceability, and stock rotation at outsourced facilities.
  • Ensure proper segregation and control of damaged, rejected, or non-conforming materials.

4. GMP, GHP & Hygiene Compliance

  • Monitor GMP, GHP, personnel hygiene, sanitation, and housekeeping practices at TPM facilities.
  • Verify adherence to food safety and hygiene requirements.
  • Identify gaps and drive closure of observations with the respective facility teams.

5. CAPA & Root Cause Analysis

  • Raise and document NCRs for quality deviations.
  • Participate in RCA and support TPM partners in developing appropriate CAPAs.
  • Track corrective actions and verify their effectiveness during subsequent visits.

6. FSMS & Audit Support

  • Support compliance with ISO 22000:2018 / FSSC 22000 v6 requirements, where applicable.
  • Assist with internal, customer, certification, and regulatory audits at TPM facilities.
  • Ensure required quality and food safety records are maintained and available.

7. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate inspection reports, checklists, NCRs, and quality records.
  • Prepare visit-wise, daily, and weekly quality reports.
  • Escalate critical quality and food safety issues promptly.
  • Maintain records of TPM performance, observations, and CAPA status.

8. Complaint & Continuous Improvement

  • Support investigation of quality-related customer complaints involving TPM-produced products.
  • Work with TPM partners to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality systems and manufacturing processes.

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate in Food Science / Food Technology / Chemistry / Microbiology / Science or a related field.

OR

  • Graduate in any other field with 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control, preferably in the food, beverage, tea, or FMCG industry.
  • Freshers with relevant academic projects or internship experience may also be considered.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
