The posting
English Martyrs are pleased to advertise a unique opportunity for an experienced practitioner to work across two classes in our lovely school . The year groups are to be confirmed .
Our vision is to educate children in the spirit of the Gospel Values and the traditions of the Catholic Church, nurturing the talents and potential of each individual. Our Mission Statement is LIGHT. At the beginning of each academic year we spend time focussing on our school Mission Statement with all the children to reflect on what is important to us in our school community. This reflects our beliefs and ambitions and is at the heart of all we do.
If you are an enthusiastic and knowledgeable teacher who is committed to getting the best outcomes for pupils then we want to hear from you. The successful candidate will be able to build effective working relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues and will adapt their teaching to meet the needs of all pupils.
You will be responsible for:
- Teaching two classes as a job share, planning, recording, assessing and meeting the social and learning needs of pupils
- Maintaining the positive Catholic ethos and core values of the school
- Fulfilling the professional responsibilities of a teacher and meeting the expectations set out in the Teachers’ Standards
