The posting

Plumpton College is seeking an Agriculture Practical Coordinator to play a key role in linking our farm operations with our agriculture curriculum team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong agricultural knowledge, practical coordination skills, and a passion for supporting students to succeed. The role combines practical coordination with teaching, learning and assessment, helping to ensure that students benefit from high-quality, industry-relevant learning experiences.

  • support the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning and assessment
  • track student progress and help students achieve their potential
  • act as a personal tutor and support students through induction, tutorials and progression
  • contribute to quality improvement, programme development and curriculum planning
  • take part in open days, recruitment activities and employer engagement
  • promote equality, diversity, safeguarding and student welfare in all aspects of the role

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
