Penketh South is a happy, welcoming and ambitious school where pupils achieve well and are at the heart of everything we do. Pupils enjoy learning, feel that they belong and are supported by warm, positive relationships with staff who know them well. Our values of kindness, respect, honesty and resilience are lived out in our daily interactions and shape the way we work together as a school community.

We are proud of the high expectations we have for every pupil. Our staff encourage children to do and be their best, sparking their curiosity and developing their knowledge and skills across the curriculum. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who is passionate about teaching and learning, committed to developing others and determined to ensure that every pupil can flourish. We value leaders who are visible, approachable and principled; who build strong relationships; who listen carefully; and who have the confidence to lead improvement with purpose and integrity. We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher who will share our commitment to making that possible for every child and who will help us to continue building on the strengths of our school.

We would be delighted to welcome applications from leaders who are ready to make a positive difference and become an integral part of our school community.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
