The posting

The Vale Academy are looking to appoint an Assistant Principal to join our academy in January 2027 on a full time, permanent.

Are you looking for a role that will enable you to influence and give direction to the children in your classes? Do you want to work for a Trust that is transforming educational outcomes for students in some of the most deprived areas in the North of England? If so, this could be the role for you.

Your new school

The Vale is a successful and high-achieving 11-18 academy with an excellent reputation and a strong track record of student outcomes, which continue to be above national averages. Our latest outcomes placed the academy first in the local authority for attainment at 5+ in both English and Mathematics at 59%. Overall attainment at 4+ in both English and Mathematics stands at 75%, with an attainment score of 48.2.

Situated in Brigg, North Lincolnshire, The Vale serves a largely rural community. Brigg is a historic market town on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, and many of our students travel a considerable distance to attend the academy. We provide state-of-the-art facilities and an outstanding learning environment for both students and staff. The Vale also offers an extensive and varied programme of extracurricular activities, supporting a rich and rounded education and providing opportunities for students to develop their interests, talents and aspirations both within and beyond the classroom.

Your new role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the dedication, vision and drive to lead and inspire. You will provide high quality leadership and management commensurate with the needs of the academy and the Delta Academies Trust group. As an Assistant Principal, you will be part of the Senior Leadership Team of the academy, working within the ‘Deeps’ as assigned by the Principal. You will proactively support the Principal / Vice Principal / AAB members to ensure that the leadership and management of the academy runs at the most effective level possible.

Why join us?

Staff across the trust are talented and enthusiastic, and all contribute to the trust’s success story.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an outstanding team within a high-performing multi academy trust with exciting career prospects for successful applicants.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
