Improving attendance is one of our highest priorities at Open Academy. As a Church of England academy, our Christian ethos and our values of Aspiration, Perseverance and Respect shape everything we do, and we are looking for a colleague who will share and model them.
We would love to hear from you if:
You are highly organised, confident with data and accurate record-keeping (experience of Arbor or a similar MIS would be an advantage), and able to spot patterns quickly.
You communicate with warmth and firmness in equal measure, building positive relationships with families while holding high expectations, and you are committed to safeguarding and to improving outcomes for young people.
