About the Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive and motivated Business Support professional to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role, providing an excellent opportunity to play a key part in the smooth and effective day-to-day running of the school.

Working closely with the Head Teacher and wider business and leadership team, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support across a range of areas, including finance, data, staffing, resources and general school administration. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, inputting and monitoring attendance information, completing reports and returns, supporting financial and administrative processes.

As part of the role, you will also provide support on the school reception, acting as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for pupils, parents, visitors and colleagues. This will include responding to enquiries, answering telephone calls, managing visitors and supporting the smooth running of the school’s front-of-house functions.

The role could also provide an opportunity to develop your safeguarding experience and work towards becoming a Deputy Safeguarding Officer, supporting the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

You will need to be confident using IT systems, able to manage competing priorities and deadlines, and comfortable working independently while knowing when to seek guidance. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of administrative processes and systems and, where appropriate, support and supervise other members of the administrative team.

You will need to be approachable, professional and confident when communicating with a wide range of people, while maintaining confidentiality and following the school’s safeguarding and security procedures.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, is keen to develop their skills and wants to make a positive contribution to the wider school community. You will be supported to develop your knowledge and experience across business support, attendance, finance, administration and safeguarding, with opportunities for continued learning and professional development.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
