You will also help plan activities, run group sessions and work with multi-disciplinary staff, parents and external agencies to ensure each student thrives. You will also assist with personal care, moving and handling and specialist health tasks to contribute to a safe, nurturing and inclusive residential environment.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in care or educational settings is helpful, however full training will be given.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection and Keeping Children Safe in Education.

  • Physically fit and confident to provide personal care and support students’ mobility needs.
  • Flexible and able to work early morning and late shifts during the week.
  • Desirable: Experience supporting SEND students, behavioural management knowledge and minibus driving.

What we offer:

  • A role with real purpose and daily impact
  • Fully funded qualifications and training
  • Generous pension scheme & life cover
  • Staff wellbeing sessions and support
  • Retail discounts and subsidised meals
  • Free on-site parking

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.
