The posting

Morgan's Vale & Woodfalls CE Primary School is a small Church of England School serving the villages of Redlynch, Lover, Woodfalls and Morgan's Vale. Our Christian values of Love, Respect and Ambition shape every aspect of our work and guide the way we learn, live and grow together. We are looking to appoint an exceptional teacher to join us from Easter 2026 or soon after. Applications are welcomed from experienced teachers as well as ECTs.

As a Class Teacher, you will:

  • Put pupils at the heart of all actions, ensuring every decision reflects our unwavering commitment to their safety, flourishing and success.
  • Support and build on the school and Trust’s inclusive ethos, helping all pupils feel known, valued and fully supported to achieve their very best.
  • Model and promote our core values of Love, Respect and Ambition, enabling children to develop strong moral character, compassion and a deep sense of purpose.
  • Foster a strong sense of community, nurturing positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, carers and the wider parish, and contributing to meaningful partnerships that enrich our school.
  • Contribute to the school’s identity as a Church school, upholding SIAMS expectations and supporting the spiritual development and wellbeing of all pupils.
  • Encourage personal endeavour and responsibility, inspiring children to build resilience, independence and pride in their achievements.
